Opinions are a Dangerous thing: Art StylesThis isn't about narking on anyone no, infact this is just my own muses really! You could say this is a journal for ENCOURAGEMENT! *SHINES*
I find sticking to one style restrictive if you are a beginning/moderate artist! (even professionals I might say! though I can't speak for everyone)
Having a distinctive look on how your art is done and produced is understandable and its a desire to appear unique to the point some one can just SEE your work and instantly think 'Oh! that's Ten-days!' or something along the line. However, when you are trying to find who you are and what kind of art you are to produce, I recommend trying, well, a lot of different things! Different styles, mixing styles, different colouring techinque, brushes, tools, shading. Don't feel dependant on what you are already doing and don't feel pressured by people just for trying new things!
Push out of your comfort zone. Can't draw hands? don't avoid it! draw the heck out of them! (how else are you going to learn?)

Eurovision nightGot myself some ice cream and will be making myself compfy on the sofa so I'm ready for the big, glittery, horrible music, camp, pointless politics, drama that is eurovision. It never disappoints me.

Nintendo STEALS Money!Since this has been going around lately, I should probably give my two cents. Basically what it amounts to is that Nintendo has filed Content ID info of their games with YouTube. What this means is that if you upload gameplay video of a Nintendo game, YouTube will automatically monetize that video, put ads on it, a link to where to buy the game, and take the money generated from that video and give it directly to Nintendo. People who do "let's play" videos are, naturally, pissed off because they want to be earning money off their videos, so they're calling Nintendo "thieves" for doing this.
I can see both sides to the story. I can see Nintendo as a corporation wanting to exercise control over their properties. On the other hand, "let's play" videos can often help new gamers find games they otherwise wouldn't have tried.
But here's the thing: Nintendo isn't the first company do this. Both Microsoft and Ubisoft do it already. YouTube has also had a long history of having music videos and

It's our 2nd Anniversary of Dating today!

We had sushi with his folks last night and tonight we're going to our favorite local Sicilian-style wood-fired pizza place before we go to Monday night curling league together. ^^ Hopefully we will remain UNDEFEATED!

It took me 23 years before I found ~stromie! Patience worked out for me for sure.

But along with patience, you have to get out and be social! Instead of being social on days off, I was always home doing art, playing around DA, and watching reruns of Spongebob!

I needed to get out of the apartment and meet new people! I met him by joining the curling club... but you could do it by joining groups, clubs, sports, going to events, and doing any number of things that you like to do that would get you into contact with new people!

xDDD Well I'd say Curling is a good one (worked for me and a handful of other married/engaged/dating couples at our curling club!), Ultimate Frisbee, and Kickball! ^^ I'm not sure if they have all of those sports in France but I know Curling is becoming a world-wide phenomenon!

If there's a club in your area, they generally take players of all ages and are always willing to help teach you the game! ^^ I think Soccer/football usually gets broken up into male and female teams while Ultimate, Kickball, and Curling offer mixed and open leagues (where you could have half males and half females on a team) ^^
